30Journey

SUBMARUN is turning its 2026 experience into a stronger engineering process for the 2027 competition cycle.

We passed the OTR stage in 2026, and our competition campaign concluded at the KTR stage. We are now using the findings from that cycle to make stronger decisions for the 2027 Teknofest Underwater Rocket Competition.

Current Status2027 Preparation Active

Our design, electronics, software, control, and validation plans are being revised using lessons from the 2026 evaluations.

31Process

A clear development path from the 2026 cycle to the 2027 target.

Every result is documented and reviewed to support stronger technical decisions in the next stage.

01

2026 team and project structure

The core team, technical targets, and workflow were defined around the underwater rocket project.

02

OTR stage passed

The project concept and technical approach were presented, and the team successfully passed the 2026 OTR evaluation.

03

The 2026 campaign concluded at KTR

The KTR evaluation ended our competition campaign and clarified the areas requiring further development.

04

Preparation for the 2027 cycle began

The technical architecture, work plan, and validation approach are being restructured around the new competition target.

32Work Areas

The 2027 technical focus is organized around five core areas.

Updated with findings from 2026, these areas make both ownership and technical progress visible.

01

System design

One of the active work areas for the 2027 competition cycle.

02

Software development

One of the active work areas for the 2027 competition cycle.

03

Electronics design

One of the active work areas for the 2027 competition cycle.

04

Control algorithms

One of the active work areas for the 2027 competition cycle.

05

Technical drawing and feasibility

One of the active work areas for the 2027 competition cycle.
